Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the iOS app Stitch Fiddle Row Tracker (the "App"), published by SHEUNG TAK DISPENSARY LIMITED. The App is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add to the EULA; if they conflict, the EULA prevails.

1. The service

The App provides crochet and knitting tools: a chart maker and row tracker, tutorials, inspiration and AI-assisted tools. It is free and supported by ads. There are no purchases or subscriptions. Features may change or be removed over time.

2. AI features

• AI replies and concept images are generated automatically by third-party models (Google Gemini and OpenAI) and may be inaccurate, incomplete or not workable as a pattern. Always check stitch counts, gauge and measurements before starting a project.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, sexual, hateful, infringes someone else's rights, or contains personal or sensitive information about you or others.
• You can report an AI image you find inappropriate with the report button on the result screen.

3. Content

Tutorials, images, audio and other content in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Charts you create are yours. Concept images you generate may be used for your personal projects.

4. Ads and third-party services

The App shows ads from Google AdMob and its partners and may play videos through YouTube or open external links. Third-party ads, websites and services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them. You can report an inappropriate ad in Settings > Report an Ad.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, for example by trying to disrupt our servers, scraping content, or using the AI tools to create prohibited content.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for materials, time or projects lost because of errors in charts, tutorials or AI results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
